New 5 week course starts Tuesday 19th September from 18:30-20:00 at our new studio on Dedham High Street. WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM REGULAR ELDOA PRACTICE? Everybody benefits from regular ELDOA practice. This is simply because we are affected by gravity all day long and ELDOA is the only exercise that actively addresses the negative consequences of gravity on the joints of the body. While anyone will benefit from regular ELDOA practice, we particularly recommend ELDOA for: • People with postural imbalances such as compression from sitting at a desk most of the day (which decreases blood flow to lumbar spine and hips) • People with limited Range of Motions • People with chronic pain, such as low back, neck, hip, spine etc. • Members of the athletic community, both recreational and professional
