Lou Hart is a highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, specializing in ELDOA™ postural exercises designed to improve health of the spine and joints. With over 23 years of yoga practice and thousands of hours teaching and hosting retreats for over a decade, Lou integrates myofascial release therapy to support people of all ages, with a focus on athletes playing asymmetrical sports such as pickleball, tennis and golf. As an active member of the Venice Pickleball Association and competitor in the English Nationals and Hawaii Pacific Health ESPN Honolulu Pickleball Open, Lou offers Yoga for Pickleball courses online and in-person in Los Angeles.

Lou’s style of yoga is accessible for all ages and abilities, rooted in classical Hatha combining pranayama (breathwork) with gentle flowing sequences, Lou choreographs classes to develop mindful awareness, decompress and realign the spine, calm the central nervous system and strengthen confidence for optimal health and performance.
